Hello everyone.

The Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio is having a Kenpo division this year. And Mr. Trejo will be heading it up. For those that aren't familiar with the Arnold Classic, it is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) fitness expositions in the country. Not only are there vendors, seminars, and exhibits, but there are body building and martial arts competitions. As you can gather, it is a very big event.

I know there are quite few people within driving distance of Columbus that would be interested in this competition. (And this is something worth flying to participate in.) For those interested in competition, this has the potential to be a major event. Perhaps even becoming something akin to the Internationals. I say that because not only is it Kenpo, but the expo involves a range other martial arts. Plus, celebrities such as Gov. Schwarzenegger often make an appearance. So I recommend this event to you all.

The Kenpo division will be held on Sat., March 1. Here are some useful links:

Of course they were just about the only ones that came. That's not to say they didn't do a great job, because they did. I have a lot of respect for the younger ones who came and competed at as big an event as the Arnold. But I hope we have more next year.It really is a good time.
