Im asking this question because im interested in joining.
People say you dont have to be "super fit" to join but you need to have an average fitness level.
All I want to know is,
A) How fit do you have to be to pass the PRMC?
B) If you are under 18 do you need a parent/guardian to sign your forms to join?
