Interview with Henry Akins

This weekend we had the exceptional opportunity to host Rickson Gracie Black Belt, Henry Akins at our place. In addition to being a phenomenal jiu jitsu player, he is a really stand up guy and training with him both during the seminar and after was just fantastic. He was nice enough to set down with us and talk about a few things jiu jitsu afterwards. Check out our interview with him here:
