The general rule if you have requested somebody to give a seminar. You as the hosting school / organization pays for travel and lodging/meals. Any additional monitory incentive is open to discussion between parties involved. Many however, will do a seminar just for the travel cost, they are more than happy to share their knowledge. Now if your looking to bag one of the big names like Chuck or Gracie or Wallace etc., be prepared to open the vault WIDE.......
