I was doing a search on Owen Watson and ended up here. Sorry to say he's passed away just like all my friends from back in the day. Anyway, I started Goju Ryu back in 1964 with Frank Ruiz and studied with Louie Delgado for a while. I was his first student and spent a lotta time with him as he was engaged to marry my sister. Switched to Yang Style Tai Chi with Patrick Watson back in 1979 and have been doing it ever since. Studied a number of healing disciplines along the way, various flavors of Reiki and shamanism as I was told I couldn't be complete in the art unless I did so.
