Hi, I'm from central Mass. and have been training in Tang Soo Do at McCoy's Action Karate in Sturbridge and Auburn. It's a great school where I have made many friends. They've helped me attain a better physical condition than anything else that I have tried. As all of you know, the martial arts community is full of mutual respect (or at least should be) where anyone can participate at their own pace and still gain conditioning, confidence and respect.
