Great training in Richmond VA

I've had the opportunity to train with Mr. Brown in Virginia. His training group is very strong and the training is very serious. No focus on ranks just being a student that is all he care's about for himself and his students. It's very refreshing and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to these arts! If you are looking for some good hard training you should check him out!

My husband is from Richmond (Bon-Air). If I lived in Richmond, I would definitely want self-defense skills...especially as a female. One time I made a wrong turn. Instead of going right onto Forest Hill, I went left which turned into Hull Street and headed downtown. I was scared and definitely out of my element. That was back in 1980.
