GNU tools for Windows? Help!

I need to port some bash shell scripts on 1-2 dozen WinXP machines.

What is the cleanest way to get the GNU toolkit on to XP? I really want to AVOID invoking a Cygwin window to run these scripts.

If anyone has any ideas, please PM me or IM me at any of the flavors I have running.
