An article in USA Today when the USA hit 300 Million talked about the next 100 Million, what hit me was the real low numbers for growth and rebuilds in the Midwest while the South (* Atlanta - Surprise *), the east coast and the west coast continued to grow a lot. It was kind of scary to look at about 2 to 3% of the total growth for the next 35+ years is expected in the Midwest.
