Hello All--
Last month's seminar regarding the Solo Baston Five Attacks Sub-System went very well. All 16 participants seemed to enjoy working the material and getting the reps started towards functionality.
The second installment of the solo baston seminar series is Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 2pm until 6pm at Millman's Martial Arts Academy in Scottsville, NY (Greater Rochester). This upcoming seminar will address the Solo Baston Abecedario...both form and some of the many applications. The cost is $40.
