Here is an important lesson for all advanced practioners who wish to open a school. If no insurance co. will insure your business based on the zip code you had better not open in that location. This is a leeson learned before it was to late. An extreme amount of robberies and shootings in the area that the building owner did not mentioned could of been a ruin for my friend. If something seems to good to be true, as always, run in the other direction. a new school is still in the works but will be somewhere on I35 north of San Antonio.
