FMA in Colorado

Hello all,
I was hoping to find a good school in Colorado that teaches quality FMA. I'm new to the art so I'm not sure what the difference is between Kali, Modern Arnis, or Eskrima. I am looking for an art that specifies in knife and empty hand combat. I'm not looking to do tournaments just learning some self defense. I know stick transfers to empty hand and is the base of filipino martial arts so I don't want to make it seem that I am discounting that aspect of it. I just want to study an art that encompasses all of those things. Thanks in advance for any recommendations any one can provide.
