I have started to document a lot of the teachings of GM Estalilla and Associate GM Bansuelo into written form (lest they be lost); more of the concepts and abstractions of the art, as I understand them. The drills (for example sinawalli, anyos (forms), techniques are also described. More as a way for me to retain my art.

Recently, I got together with some other older students and we had gone over some of the older techniques, they were rusty, but they were there. Having my "notes" definately helped solidify the techniques.

I have copies of articles on Kabaroan and on GM Estalilla that I share with new students. I also have a (publisher authorized) copy of one of the sections Mark Wiley wrote about Kabaroan in one of his books.
