The system was founded by Punong Guro Edgar G. Sulite on his 24th Birthday in Manila, Philippines on September 25, 1981.
As well, today we celebrate the Birthday of Edgar G. Sulite, born on September 25, 1957 in Tacloban City, Visayas, Philippines. He would have been 54 years of age today if he were still with us.
R.I.P. Punong Guro Edgar G. Sulite.
