Embroidered Dan Rank Belts?

I'm trying to find somewhere that sells black belts with the dan ranks embroidered on the ends (i.e. red stripes or bands). I particularly need to find an embroidered 10th dan belt - with two broad red bands on the ends - for a presentation to my senior instructor.

A friend once found a site that did these, with a photo of the belts for all the dan ranks (from a single narrow stripe for 1st Dan to the two broad bands for 10th), but he can't find it again.

Does anyone know where these can be purchased? I've found lots of sites that do "embroidered belts", but most of them seem to be talking about embroidered lettering rather than stripes or bands.

I'm pretty sure you can get them from Chuck Sullivan's site. I don't recall the web address, but it should be pretty easy to find.
