I still watch this race every now and again, particularly when I am feeling low. This is one of those examples of people giving their all at what they are doing and exceeding their own expectations:

The video is set to start at the beginning of their race, my friend, it's not the whole half hour. Even if it wasn't, whilst the Olympics were actually on I found that, against all my own preconceptions, the boat races were very exciting.
