Hello, This months issure of Black Belt magazine has a great article about a famous Judo person. A Biography of Masahiko Kimura.

What makes it interesting is how he develop himself, lost a few more bouts and made the determintion to train harder.

Up to 500 push-ups a day....plus up to 9 hours of training per day...GREAT READ...!

They are full of it..They brought in a Judo Instructor to the police academy those of us going for our instructors certificates in advanced hand to hand tactics..He showed us Shimi Waza ( did I spell it right?) I was blown away by that and some of the other techniques whose names I cannot recall..
