I would have to say that they are normally not, but the Liang style has a great number of weapons and Liu Yun Qiao comes from the Yin style via Gong Baotian who is known to have made a number of additions to Yin Fu's original style.

What I found very interesting is that elements of the form reminded me of elements of the Eight Thunders Serpent Palm form I know. Especially those parts where he moved forward and back with a series simultaneous steps and strikes. Very interesting.
