Anybody knows if American kenpo bujutsu teach about how to locks, chokes, takedowns and pins; as well as, how to escape from these?

I would say that depends on whose kenpo bujutsu you are referring to. I think David German may have called his material this for a short while, and he most certainly addressed these items in his system.

There is also a smattering of guys accross the globe who have intermediate kenpo knowledge, and combine it with whatever crosses their minds, then call the combination kenpo bujutsu. If it's one of them you're referring to, you'll have to find out on an individual basis, school to school.
