It was quite a few hours long. There was a whole lot of sweating going on. Lastly we worked 6 techniques for 5 hrs.:asian:

I'm very tedious on my notes.:mad: ....... I have been able to go back years and pick up exactly where I wanted to be during any number of technique sequences that i have written down.
