I am a bit puzzled as to the purpose and/or affiliation.

It looks very much like a seminar for those people who want to make lots of money with Martial Arts, the page is fully buzzword enabled much like a late night infomercial. I expected to see "but wait, there's more" somewhere on the page. Judging by the titles of some of the talks not all of the speakers are Martial Arts people.

Naw, wouldn't learn something that obvious & cheesy there. It takes someone special to say that kinda stuff.....especially in front of his own students.
