I know after this question every member of this forum will say I'm a dumb, but I don't know. 🤷♂️
What's Gi or No-Gi?

In certain arts, you wear a specific uniform, which is often called a gi. In some arts, BJJ as the primary example, they will have days where you don't wear the gi. The reasoning for this is to train without being able to rely on the thick gi jacket, or have direct spots to grab. So in BJJ gi is when you train while wearing the uniform, while in no-gi, you go in just wearing something like a tshirt and shorts.
Other arts do something similar where you train in street clothes, but wherever you read it is probably referring to BJJ.
