In Chinese. That's budokan in Japanese. Like I told the OP before, it isn't going to be much help to him. While there's such a style of karate called "budokan," many dojos and associations of Japanese martial arts have that word in their name.

Budokan means ‘martial way hall‘/‘hall of the martial ways’ suggesting a building where martial arts are practised.
