Time for a new Iron Shirt Article

As I was browsing wikipedia, I came across the Iron Shirt article - it cites both Ashida Kim and Rod S. as its sources.

If anyone practices legitimate Iron Shirt or has any real information on it, I hope they will consider replacing this article with a real one.

Look for iron shirt Qigong and or Shaolin External Qigong

It is an external form of Qigong and I do not practice it.

It is, as with most Qigong styles, much harder to train and develop than most people think. But unlike internal Qigong styles it is much easier to prove or disprove a person actually is capable of using it.
