I just did a quick search on the web for some Tracy Kenpo footage...
I think about the only thing I liked was the music..........LOL. Just kidding, a little EPAK vs Tracy humor.
Thanks for posting those Wayne!!
Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the first clip, the first tech. looked like Delayed Sword done off of a punch.
You crack me up!
Question, I noticed alot of "A & B" stuff. Are those variations very prevalent in the Tracy system and are they required learning or something that's considered optional?
When I learned it long ago, yes (but I also had an instuctor that was both EPAK and TK trained). Not sure if it is option in other schools.
Maybe some others will chime in...
yeah, a lot of A and B variation, as well as C, D, E, F, G, H, I, and J, in some cases.
From my understanding the variations are required. The technique we call Delayed Sword. In the Tracy system is Japanese Sword.
Very cool stuff. Thanks for posting. I recognized a number of techniques from our system in the first tape and a couple in the yellow belt material.
