Yea and not knowing what the USOC will actually do is the biggest problem. I do not see this really doing anything except buy DA more time to get his ducks in a row and cover his butt.

USOC publishes legal decisions on things like the Section 10 on the USOC website under legal. Hard to find, but it is there.
