Training has been nice the last few days. Feet, legs and back are feeling much better. Horse stance is progressing (slowly, slowly...). Thinking my work study under a Wudang monk in Colorado is not happening. So I'm trying to crowdfund a trip to China instead. Should be interesting...

If you have elderly family members PLEASE explain internet scams and internet security to them. Just took a call for a 82 year old man that was scammed out of $78,000. This actually happens far too often

It is 28 degrees and snowing
Soon it will be freezing rain
then it will be rain
tomorrow it will be 50 degrees
Next day high 40s
next day and many after it will be in the teens

Not exactly the winter I'm use too...but it seems to be heading my way
