"Chinese Kung Fu; Martial Arts, The Shaolin Temple, and Mysticism" by Steve Paslow, published Nov. 13, 2020, Mystic Sciences. Very interesting online article with photographs and a video.

There are problems with that article and I will not go into them all but here are a few

3 things make up Chinese martial arts
    1) punching and kicking
    2) Shuaijiao
    3) Qinna

    Mountain is 山 Shān
    Mount Song 嵩山; Sōngshān
Mount Song is nowhere near Laoyang

A lot of effort is put in this article and visually looks good. On the other hand, more research should be done and accurate information should be presented. Disregarding all the inaccuracies article looks unfinished, without a point .123
