All is well, I have been rehabbing the leg, 9 days after there is still some swelling but no where near the same pain as last Friday. Have been stretching and range of motion stuff.

Got to talk with a big support group: Pop, GM, zDom, DerekHKD, Classmates, etc. So, it is still bad, but not nearly as.

Thanks again for the support folks, follow up dr. appt. Thurs.

Good to hear from you, Matt. Keep on healing... let us know what they tell you on Thursday, OK?

Matt take it slow! Just as Wade and Drac Recommended. One of my students had knee surgery quite awhile ago (around two years) He is now almost completely back to himself and is making progress every month. (he rolls, spars, trains, etc) Just go slow and listen to the Doctors and rehabilitation specialists.

Thanks for the update Matt and as previously stated, take it slow.

My cousin went through knee surgery and forced himself to do things thinking he would recover quicker all it did was lead to more knee surgery.

When it comes to knees, take it slow it is the best way to go.
