Hi I just joined an MMA gym and need some advice

Since they offer both BJJ and kickboxing at the gym, I'm new to both but I was wondering which is the best gi brand for BJJ to get? I'm deciding between the Sanabul gi or the Elite sports gi? If there are better gi brands than these two then I'd love to know. And for kickboxing, I'm deciding if I should get the RDX gloves or Sanabul gel padded gloves. Both are 16 onces. And for shinguards, I'm thinking if the RDX brand is the best one? Or is there a better brand? I'm not looking to spend too much money but I do want good quality training gear. Any advice would really help, thank you.
