For those that have never heard of J. Kelly McCann (a.k.a. "Jim Grover")

I've seen most of his instructional DVD's and feel that the material that he teaches is excellent and will be very effective in most circumstances. (much of the empty hand stuff is adopted from the WWII Fairbairn/Applegate/Sykes syllabus) His firearms and knife material are top-notch as well.
