Why would it be on EBay? Wouldn't it do better on the regular market?

I can't give an honest answer for any of those questions just because I really don't know. Maybe he is an ex-Tracy's guy trying to make a dollar.

All I can add for certain is that it is advertised on a fairly regular basis. If there is a copyright issue, Mr. Tracy hasn't seemed to press the matter yet.

there is NOTHING Tracy can do about it at this point.

this is not swapping music ONLINE. This person can do whatever he wants with this manual including selling AS LONG AS he doesn't tell everybody he WROTE IT and changed the manual.

i don't see why people need to buy this manual UNLESS you want to have it as a *history* book

They do serve as a good reference for the Katas. Going back throught the tapes can be a headache.:asian:
