====================

Over the past 2 yeas or so, I have been playing around with the cane. So far, this is what I got and I started a class through the local college. 2 semesters ago. Seems to work, cause the students came back for a 2nd time an one more has entered the group as well.

I am considering naming my cane group. "The Old Gamesters" (This is the name for 18th and 19th century English stick contest fighers) "I like it.
However, Unlike the old fighters, we will promote our art throught the appreciation of..... Old dogs, good whiskey and a wicked stick!

-The world is in need of some senior juvenile delinquents!-

Here is part one. (I have recently added two new moves, a two hand overhead block into a push, back up overhead into a 2 handed #1 strike that is not in this rough video). Also additions to power striking, footwork and a short umbrella section will follow.

Thanks for the video Chris. I am looking forward to learning some cane fighting this fall at a seminar and incorporating more of it into my SD toolkit, along with eskrima. I enjoyed watching your preview.

"the world is in need of more senior juvenile delinquents" Love it!!

(but I will be looking pretty funny carrying around a cane at my age)
