The photo is a prank from some German lads.
Look closely and you'll see the power strip has no elements inside.
Elements? The picture isn't that clear on my laptop screen, so I'm not sure what you mean. It looks to me like a standard German power strip with recessed plug-ins. Why remove elements when it can simply be left unplugged from a power source?
