Yes, I agree, but it's the various "whatever it maybes", that would be interesting to discuss.

coordination leads to fluidity, fluidity leads to internalization, internalization to focus, focus leads to intent, intent leads one to adjustment... that will lead us back to cooridination (doh).

I couldn't resist.....gotta throw my 2 cents' in as well......

I would say that a benefit of greater focus would be a greater awareness of your art/motion/technique.

As your "focus" increases, yes, you get a sharper picture, so to speak. Once you start to get a sharper picture, you can drill down a bit more to either learn more about a subject, to correct things that you may not be doing right, or to clear up misconceptions.

Well, that's the way I would interpret it, anyway.......
