Capoeira Mandinga will be holding a seminar of Capoeira at Horizon Martial Arts in West Seneca, NY this January 24th. The seminar goes from 1:30-3:30pm and there is an admission charge of $15.

How did everything go?

I'm sorry I had to miss it. Had a family emergency crop up last minute (My sister had a car wreck...no injuries thankfully, but lotta damage to the car.)
