Yep it is.
I can't see anyone in the UK having a hotel called Broadmoor rofl!!
It's synonymous with the maddest and most dangerous people in the country.
Ronnie Kray was also held there, he and his twin were probably the most notorious British criminals ever. They also 'inspired' several films.
