    Hey John, got your message this morning. Glad you had a good time. I know what you mean, my instructors are 68 and 72 and still move like lightning. And they're Als cousinn!

    well, first hour was history, focusing on the how and why WHKD was developed. Heard some things that I had never heard before.........

    then warm ups, most of which i had never seen before. Needless to say, EVERYONE's legs were burning fast....

    then we worked on two buzzsaw drills..very good for working on flow,and the concepts of compression and extension
