Doug Vess was a friend,mentor,and a true martial artist. I observed his fighting skills and his precision in all forms. He was an accomplished student in many styles and blended them together in a very effective form of defense. He taught many advance techniques. I have seen many of his trophies and belts from numerous competions.He was a veteran and a great man.
