My 1st degree brown belt modern arnis video is nearly ready for sale. This video includes, but is not limited to, more pieces of the semi-freestyle stick sparring, anyo anim ( form 6 ), a variety of sinawali's, and a 10 count drill. There is also a second double stick form that I designed. I have also added in some Kenpo club techniques into our curriculum since I think they give a nice step by step empty hand self defense format, and they are also a way to work more kicks into the curriculum.
