When I'm trying to learn a technique such as a jumping back outer crescent kick I visualise myself both through what it would be like watching myself and how it would be through my own eyes. This is the technique I'm trying to learn at the moment, I take it step by step. At the moment I cannot perform the technique though I can see myself doing it. What do you do?
I know if I have perfected a techique i.e Side kick because I can see myself through my eyes and see myself outside doing technique. What do you guys do?

Hello there Nick,

I don't have an exact pattern or processs of visualization, but I tend to emulate my perfect technique (to the best of my ability) and take mental notes on how I can improve. Since there is no such thing as a perfect technique, I would say my perfect technique is equal to a personal goal I would like to reach with a said technique.

With hard work, stretching, and commitment, you can achieve just about anything. Keep at it, and you'll get there before you know it.
