Hi Jibran,

The Togakure Kihon DVD covers (this is what it says on the back cover)

Nine Fighting Postures (Fudo-za, Shizen, Ichimonji, Sei-Gan, Jumonji, Hira,Hicho, Kosei, Hoko and Doko no Kamae)
Sixteen Fist Striking Drills
Fundamental Breakfalls
Kihon Fundamental Clashes
Mental focus

Bascially it covers the Sanshin no Kata (Go Gyo)
Kihon Happo (Ichimonji, Jumonji, Hicho)
Torite Kihon Gata Go Ho (Ura Gyaku, Omote Gyaku, Muso Dori, Musha Dori and Ganseki Nage)
Muto Dori (Jumonji, Hicho and Ichimonji no Kamae).

A good reference guide, but alot of stuff that I had already covered when training in Bujinkan.

It covers the entire Ten Ryaku no Maki if you do Bujinkan. It is an 80+ minute long DVD that you can purchase for 49.95. if you figure you pay about 30-40 for a half hour dvd, its a great deal.

Alot. I would have to spend some time cataloguing to not leave anything out. Some is shot on home video. I even have some old video footage of manaka when he was still in the booj teaching takagi ryu kata.

Man, it's good to have you back Gabriel. Well, my plan in the beggining was to buy the DVD's as I sent in each video. I think what I am gonna do now is keep practicing and testing until I get my blue, and then practice for red and test at the festival. Oh yeah, Gabriel, what did you say in the letter you sent with your video about yellow? PM me if you want. Thanks.
