M macca1980 White Belt Jun 12, 2009 #2 I have been going a few months now, I think its great.. get a really good workout..learn SEACS, locks, throws.Seems to be a good all rounder... I am relatively new to martial arts but wouldnt consider changing from this class as I enjoy it!!
