Training agility

Can anyone give me some suggestions on how to train my agility for arm and legs speed and running speed?

Jump rope!!!!! Simple yet extremely effective at developing quick feet.

thxs for the advice. i greatly appreciate it. would u suggest running across closely placed boards placed in knee deep water?

interesting concept, I am not sure how well that would actually work. You can also try whats called a Speed (also called Agility) Ladder. It is a very versitle tool for working on foot speed.

why didnt i think of that! when i went to FSU soccer camp we used agility ladders to increase foot speed. thanks for reminding me

Many drills from soccer would help your speed and agility, juggling isnt a bad idea... though i was always terrible at it. On the same concept, drills for goal keepers will also aid in working your arms as well.

Whats a speed ladder?
How do you pratice it?

There are lots of boxing tools that can help your hand speed.

A speed bag and double ended bag come to mind.
