Spar as often as you can with as many people as you can, preferably people who are better than you (for now).
Every other morning jog for two minutes, immediately followed by a 3 minute all out sprint... then shadow box for 2 min. (hard) followed by another minute of sprinting. Finish off with as many clap pushups as you can do and then at least 100 twisting crunches (if that's easy, do more).
On the mornings that you don't do this routine do two five minute bouts on a Heavy bag... increasing in intensity as you go. Be sure to work on a few combinations that work best for you... then change them up a bit each day you do this. Follow this with working on footwork and/or those things that your sparing partners say you should work on.
Spar every single opportunity you get, every day if you can. Have your opponents (especially those who get the 3rd person perspective) give you constructive advice based on their judgement of your weaknesses... then shape your solo workout time around that.
EVERY evening before bed, three sets of 20 CLAP pushups.
This is my suggestion...
Your Bro.
