Has anyone here checked out this place? I believe it has been at the same location for about 20 + years.
I went there for about 6 months (10 years ago) until my work schedule and the class schedule no longer were in sync.
The main instructor, Carl Totton, seemed to be incredibly well informed and knowledgable about the history of Kung Fu. The "junior" instructor, Scott Simpson, was also excellent.
They taught traditional Shaolin 5 animals with Ed Parker Kenpo (C.Totton was a 5th degree black belt and was a friend of E. Parker, apparently) and later added Hsing-I and Pa Kua.
The only thing there I missed that there wasn't enough "hands on" work - the Aikido I studied afterward was virtually all "hands on".
