You basically can't build a structure that a dedicated person with enough time can't get in to.

Solution?

Portable ladder. And just camp on a roof.

Exactly what I did as a homeless teen. I used a tree for a ladder. Had a hibachi grill up there too.

I think it was Wakayama Tomisaburō rather than Mifune.

They were rather slow and a bit silly (baby cart equipped like a James Bond car) but great minimalist acting and effective cinematography. I have the box set!

It’s from a German company called Midgards Messer that make these huge, overbuilt knife’s, impractical knives, often with novel deployment mechanisms and I just love them and collect them. They make the world’s thickest folding knife; the ‘Alpha Beast’ of 5mm thickness.

This is a nice survival knife made by a Japanese company and as you can imagine, it’s beautifully crafted with one convex side and one straight side; it’s designed to cut timber really efficiently but mine will never even feel the cold of the outside world…my precious
