I would like to purchase metal sai for training and cosplay purposes and I'm worried about the legality of them in the state of Vermont. I would like like to know if anyone here knows how they might be classified in a weapons legal system

I would suggest calling your local sheriff's department and ask to speak to a Deputy regarding this.
