Provenance of Phil Elmore’s flashlight SD moves

Dear all, I wonder if you could help clear up this matter.

I am sure you will agree that when someone publishes self-defence advice, in this case a book on using a flashlight in self-defence, it is a reasonable concern if they have made the moves up themselves without due testing. It is therefore completely reasonable to ascertain who/where said person got the material they are publishing from.

Phil however is refusing to answer the question if it comes from me.
