I've been on this crusade myself lately.
So much time is spent developing good structure in the early stages of training that it can be frustrating trying to get people flowing through movements.
It comes with time....I'm sure my teacher was ready to pull his hair out with me as well.

I feel you mate, I'm sort of stuck in this limbo at the moment with my students where they are neither here nor there. I can get them to do a technique with either correct energy or correct structure but not both.
I guess I've just got to learn some patience and let them work it out in their own time. Hopefully reading this essay will keep them thinking.
